There is a $35.00 application fee for the first applicant. All other tenants on the lease must also fill out an application and the fee for this is $20.00 per person. Our requirements are as follows:
Good standing credit
No outstanding DTE Energy bills
Your income must total twice the monthly rent
We do not rent to applicants with poor credit. If you do not have any credit then we ask you to have a parent or guardian fill out our Guarantee of Payment form. We also would need a copy of the applicant's driver's license and the Guarantor's driver's license.
This must be filled out by the applicant's parent or guardian when the applicant does not have any credit. Also, we ask that you bring us a copy of the Guarantor's driver's license.
